The room was very large and very clean. The bathroom was very clean with good amount of towels. No hair dryer which was disappointing. No mention that you had to ask at the front desk. People at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. Easy check in and check out. Good location. Would recommend.

Everything was utterly chaotic! My experience at that place was so disappointing that I can confidently say I will never return. The service was lacking, the atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the overall condition was subpar. I wouldn’t even think of recommending it to anyone I know; it simply doesn’t deserve it.

Room was very clean. Location easy to find. Staff is very helpful. Very close to Hard Rock Tampa. If you are staying a few days you can cook your meals there and save money.

Room was okay, but no hair dryer or coffee pot with coffee. Breakfast was just short of awful. The coffee was good. I don't think I've stayed in a room with so little amenities. It was close to Casino. The front desk staff, a gentleman, made us feel like we were interrupting his tv show. He never came out unless you buzzed him. Wouldn't stay again

This was a strangest hotel by far that we’ve stayed at. I’m not sure if they have a theft issue but anything you would need that usually comes included in a standard hotel room. You have to get at the front desk. We had a mini efficiency there were no cups no plates no coffee maker no silverware, nothing! I stepped out of the shower and wanted to blow dry my hair. There was no blow dryer in the room. I had to send my husband downstairs to the desk to retrieve one. There was NO daily cleaning service. We to go down to the desk to ask for towel towels, and for someone to remove the trash from our room. Breakfast was not really breakfast. It was a little mini fridge with some yogurts in it. There were subpar wrapped the muffins on a countertop, couple granola bars, oatmeal packets and the coffee maker. Oh yeah, I did appreciate the fresh fruit which were only limited to little tangelo‘s. That’s it. It’s the only offerings they have for breakfast. Parking was spacious. Staff was friendly We will not stay in this line of establishments again

The ac in our room did not work and had to change rooms. The a couple of pillows were stained so we didn't use them and there was hair on the bed and in the tub but other than that it was an average extended stay location.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had nothing in it besides a towel. There was a card saying that you could order dishes, coffee maker, etc but we didn’t get into our room until 8:30 pm since we were at an rv show. We thought that was strange. Not even dish soap. The breakfast was a very basic continental. We skipped it and grabbed something when we left. It was fine for an overnight.
