Ethan checked me in when I arrived. Initially, I thought the keys didnt work. He not only gave me new keys, he walked to the room with me to ensure that they worked. He also sent a text later asking me how things were going and if I was enjoying my stay. That's top tier customer service in my book. The breakfast was amazing! There was one person at the omelet station on Saturday morning and if that were me, I would have been truly overwhelmed. He had the patience of a saint and made everyone's eggs and omelets to perfection. Kudos to him as well. I can't recall his name at this time but he did an outstanding job!! I truly enjoyed my stay at Embassy Suites and when I return to the Tampa area, I will stay here again and recommend this location to others.
