Parking was my issue - there was no clear instructions on where to park. Getting in late there was also no part of the reservation that said it was a split hotel so I went to the wrong check in desk at first.

The general manager and staff were simply amazing. The customer service provided was above bar in every aspect. We had intended to extended our stay as I’ve recently been at Moffitt cancer center receiving treatment and really just wanted to relax a bit before making my trip home to the space coast. Having my family drive into town to greet me once leaving treatment was such a treat, I just wish I would of known it would of been $45 per car per night I would of made other arrangements. When you arrive at the hotel a valet takes your keys and asks your room number, then you get a text with instructions to pick your car back up. However these valets are not affiliated with the hotel, rather the property manager. All providing parties involved just shrug their shoulder, giving the same one liner “we aren’t affiliated”. I picked this location because I felt how could someone be sad in a place so lively.

The room is OK. I thought we were gonna get a room with a pullout bed pullout sofa. We did not and the toilet clogged up in the bathroom way complaints. Other than that the room was clean and OK.
