The room was not as clean as it supposed to be and the bed bugs were horrible ate my whole family up I even got one in my car the staff was very nice the pool was cleaner than the room should have stayed out by the pool

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. This hotel was infested with bugs. We had to change rooms 3 times. One room had really bad water damage, the floor boards were sticking out. The room we settled for (because the booking was non-refundable) had dead bugs everywhere and it was not clean at all. Because of all this we decided to leave all our belongings in our car. Worse hotel ever.

We rented a room and the smell wasn't great. The bed sheets had stains and there were hairs in between the sheets. We asked to switch rooms, the next room smell was worse sheets were cleaner but still some hair around the bed. I would not ever come back.

Moved rooms 4 times. Room 1 the toilet flooded the bathroom, room 2 had dirty underwear and was not vacuumed (was told no vacuum was even on site), room 3 had no light fixtures and non functioning outlets, room 4 had 5 dead roaches (2 in bathroom, 3 fell out of the curtains). Absolutely filthy establishment. Would not recommend to anyone. The woman at the front desk was, however, lovely and did her best to be very helpful.
