Walk to Armature Works, ULELE, Rocca, The Pearl, Water Works Park, and Tampa’s Riverwalk. Enjoy some of Tampa’s best dining, nightlife, waterfront walks, and downtown attractions without needing to stay in the middle of the downtown hotel district.

The home includes 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a full kitchen, dining area, living room, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and private outdoor space. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a double futon, and the living room has a twin futon.

Ybor City, Benchmark International Arena, Raymond James Stadium, Bayshore Boulevard, Hyde Park, and SOHO are all a short drive away.

Guests have the entire private left side of the duplex, with a separate entrance and no shared interior spaces. Driveway parking is available for up to 2 standard-size vehicles.

Cute place and excellent location! Wes was responsive and we felt very welcomed. We were in town for the Bolts game and loved how close we were to the river to be able to take the water taxi to the stadium. Would definitely stay here again!
