The popular Riverwalk and the new Armature Works are less than two miles away by bike or car, while breweries and several great dining options can be found within walking distance.



The cottage has been fully renovated for complete modern comfort and features a detached floor plan for added privacy and separation from the main house. A brand-new deck (shared with the main house) offers a shaded spot to relax with your favorite beverage. In the evenings, you can gather around the firepit on the shared patio.
