Horrible experience

I rented a room for my birthday weekend, three weeks before my birthday. On my way to check in, i emailed the renter where can I check in? I received a message that “my reservation was canceled. The room should have never been booked”. I had sent a email to the renter the day I made the reservation, with no response. I had to go crazy to find another room to rent for that day, which was not easy! I did find another hotel but, I haven’t been refunded for the hotel that was canceled, so even though the company canceled my reservation, I have to wait for a refund! I would never use this service again! This was the 1st & last time I will ever use this service. Im very disappointed!!!
