Located in the Saddlebrook community, you can walk to get your golf cart if you want to drive it back to the house to get your clubs. That was very convenient for us since we play golf.

The house was ok, the owners were nice. The house is not up to the standards you would expect from the picture. 3 of the 6 can lights are burnt out, the microwave broke while we were there. The owner came by, said he’d run to Home Depot and be back, and we never heard from him again. The pool table leans to the right. The one mattress dips in the middle. It’s a decent rental, just not what I expected.

The three C’s – comfy, cozy – convenient

We were staying in the area to be close to my father after being admitted to AdventHealth hospital in Wesley Chapel. The host was so kind working with us and extending our stay. She made everything as easy as possible for us. The home is very well stocked, clean and very comfortable for our family. It was nice for us all to be able to be together.

Fit the need

The house fit the need of a quick rental for family . Owner was very nice and also quick to respond when refrigerator was not working. Unfortunately they were unable to get fixed while we were there. House needs some updates and beware there are step down to dining and then step up to bedrooms.

Good stay. The small steps need better warning tape. I fell upon arrival checking out the rooms. Our only complaint is that the rental was for 8 people. The water heater is too small to handle 8 people we could only get 3 showers with the 4 thawing warm at the beginning turning Into a cold shower. Also could say what kind of coffee maker you have such as regular ground coffee or k cups. Our stay was good and we enjoyed the rental
