- Driving & Parking: Having a car is the most convenient way to explore, and free parking is available on site. The property is close to I-4 and I-275, placing Ybor City, downtown Tampa, the Riverwalk, and Armature Works just a short drive away. Tampa International Airport is approximately 20 minutes away. Please park in the driveway; the garage is off-limits due to Sauna.

- Alternative Transit: Rideshares are readily available. HART bus routes serve the nearby corridors, and the free TECO Line Streetcar connects Ybor City with downtown.



Other Things to Note:

- Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside and on the property. Violations will incur a $1,000 fine.

- Pool Waiver: Must be signed prior to use.

- Security: The property includes a security system with front and back door cameras for your safety.

- Events & Quiet Hours: No parties or unauthorized events are allowed. Please respect quiet hours after 10:00 PM.

- Laundry: A washer and dryer are available on-site with complimentary laundry pods and dryer sheets.

- Pets: All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. Unreported pets on non-pet-friendly properties will incur a $250/day fee. Unreported pets on pet-friendly properties will incur a $150/day fee. Guests are responsible for any cleaning, damage, or pest-related costs caused by an unreported pet.

- Deliveries & Mail: On-demand food and grocery deliveries (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Instacart, etc.) are welcome. However, standard mail and packages cannot be delivered to the property and will be returned to the sender. Please have packages held at a local post office, UPS Store, or pickup location. We cannot accept responsibility for lost, delayed, or returned packages.
