This property was designed and professionally decorated in 2022. The condo features a fresh and modern look, making you feel right at home. The space features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a private covered front porch. There is also laundry facilities in the building. This unit would be great for a long term stay or a short fun filled weekend. Inquire today!

Perfect location
This cute little place was clean and looked exactly as pictured. The property managers were extremely responsive to any request we had. Check in was super easy. If you plan to use the kitchen, just be aware there is no garbage disposal, so don’t let anything whatsoever go down the drain. The manager brought us a drain catcher so that fixed the issue. The bathroom was very nice and roomy for a small place. The walls are thin so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. There is no tv or dresser in the bedroom just a small closet and bed, which was okay with us. We were there for a month so we just kept most of our things in our luggage and stored them under the bed. The laundry room is coin operated which is a pain and machines are just eh. The parking spot was great, which is hot commodity in that area usually. I would stay again if for a short visit and didn’t really need to use the kitchen or laundry.
