Do NOT book this place, it’s a SCAM. The reservation was confirmed and fully paid for through Vrbo but I had not recieved check in details or any communication from the host. So the day of check in we gave the host a call, he did not pick up so we left a voicemail asking for assistance to check in and gave our arrival time. The host texts us back and says this exactly “Hi this is Josh. I just got your voicemail. Unfortunately this reservation should not have been confirmed and the property is not available. I do not have access to the VRBO account right now to message/cancel properly. Please contact VRBO support immediately through the app/your confirmation email and request that they relocate you or issue a full refund. I’m sorry for the inconvenience VRBO will need to handle this directly as soon as possible.” How can you have a listing on Vrbo but not have access to it? None of this makes any sense. How could the payments be completed, the address be given out and contact details and this guy says he has no access to the account? Imagine we showed up to the property before calling to ask for check in details. I would not trust booking with this host. Very sketchy.

Perfect fit

This property was just right for us. Neighbors were polite and quiet. Kitchen was up to date and bathrooms were nice and beds were comfortable. Owner responded quickly. Not one problem.

Need some improvements

The inside was clean and welcoming, however some improvements need to take place. There was absolutely no communication from the host. I reached out on the day of travel to get the codes for the door. I was expecting a booklet with rules and regulations and instructions for trash removal, there was nothing. I didn’t think it was my place to inquire. There was no mop, no broom, and the grass outside needed to be cut. The place advertised as a host for five, but there were only 2 coffee mugs, if the host can work on correcting those things, he is sure to get a five.

Great Graduation Gathering

This unit was more than perfect for a small graduation for my high schooler. Also the beds are comfortable. Everyone complimented the decor and we all had a great time there. The patio makes it even better for additional seating and billards fun. I will book it again❤️
