Family Reunion

We were attending a family reunion in nearby Apollo Beach over super bowl weekend. We needed a large house to accommodate our family. This 6 bed, 3 bath did the trick. Plenty of room for our big group. Mike was great to deal with.

Very Reasonable and Comfortable

Everything about this property was exactly as illustrated on the website. House is well appointed for a comfortable stay- plenty of dishes, supplies, silverware, pans, etc. to meet cooking needs. Only minor shortcoming was the thin, small quality of the towels that are provided - could improve on that a bit.

Great Stay

The door lock was little confusing since it was upside down. It would have been nice if the backyard was fully fenced. The parking situation was basic. Only two cars can fit by the garage and the rest cars would have to park on the street. Driving through the subdivision, there were so many cars on the side of the road that sometimes it was a maze getting to the house. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves.

Misleading amenities

Ad says room for 4 cars in driveway. There is only room for 2. Neighbor came out and complained about parking in the street. There is a cheap inflatable hot tub in the garage that doesn’t work. Not enough towels. Couldn’t wash them because the dryer doesn’t work. We were not allowed in the community pool because we were not residents.
