• Kitchenette – Prepare meals with ease in a well-stocked kitchen featuring a stove, countertop Small Toaster ,fridge, cookware, and dining essentials.
• Stay Cool & Comfortable – Beat the heat with air conditioning, ensuring a refreshing indoor environment.
• Hassle-Free Street Parking
The studio is attached to the home with a separate entrance door.

Other things to note
House Rules:
• Use the dining room for eating; please avoid eating and drinking in bed.
• Take care of the Studio and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
• No parties are allowed.
• Guests are not allowed to have visitors for security reasons.
• No pets are permitted.
• Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited; a fee will be charged for any violations.
• No drugs, including medical cannabis, are allowed inside the property.
• Locals must contact us before booking.
Additional Notes:
• We respond to all inquiries between 8 AM and 10 PM. Messages sent outside this timeframe will be addressed the following day. Thank you for your understanding.
• For long-term stays, we require an additional agreement to be signed outside the platform.
