Are you looking for a unique Tampa getaway? This gorgeous, South Tampa pool home is the perfect spot for an unforgettable time. Spend your days by the beautiful mini pool / hot tub, relaxing and grilling. This home features 4 bedrooms (one bedroom being detached from the home with a private half bath). It is centrally located in South Tampa to close to everything! It is within a few minutes to restaurants on the water and just 10-20 minutes from Downtown Tampa, International Mall, Raymond James Stadium, the State Fairgrounds, Casino, Zoo, Busch Gardens, and so much more. Stunning beaches are within a 30-40 minute drive.
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests and neighbors, please review and adhere to the following:

Occupancy & Guests

• Only registered guests are permitted on the property (maximum occupancy: 8)
• No additional visitors are allowed without prior approval

Parking

• Maximum of 4 vehicles at any time
• Vehicles must be parked in the driveway
• No street parking or blocking sidewalks (violations may result in ticketing)

Smoking

• No smoking of any kind inside or anywhere on the property

Noise / Neighborhood Rules

• Property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM and are strictly enforced

The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make several meals. Our pets were comfortable. The beds were super soft and made for good sleep. Nice bathrooms. Plenty of towels, linens, etc. We had a very nice stay!

The house was in good shape with everything working. It was clean. The host supplied a very nice coffee station with pods and creamers, but there is also a conventional basket brewer if one prefers.. It's in a good location just south of Gandy Blvd. The "mini-pool" is very tiny - more like a large hot tub without heat. Host was communicative and responsive. The checkout procedure was minimal, without any unreasonable requests. I would recommend.

Sunny Spacious and Serene Great Value

Very safe quiet more upscale area of Tampa. You can feel the sea breeze from the bay and get a great tan in the large private back yard. The house is very spacious and fully stocked. Close to everything including the bridge to Pinellas county beaches. Great communication from the hosts who are very helpful and welcoming. The beds are nice, I slept great in the master king bed with great working quiet fan and thick curtains. HUGE walk in closet with full length mirror was neat. I would say the interior could use a fresh coat of paint and maybe a new kitchen table to make it as nice as the exterior. I would stay again and recommend to my firends.

I was actually booked at a 4 bedroom on the other side of town. I agreed to a move because of maintenance issues. There were only accommodations for 6 people and we had 7. I asked for an extra blanket and was told one would be delivered. It didn’t happen and we used pool towels. It sucked.
