Clean room. Friendly staff. Water and ice on our floor. The air conditioner was VERY loud. Sounded like a jet plane landing. We were not able to try the pool because there was a security issue. Great location and easy access to dining, shopping and the cruise port.

The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. I didn’t really have time to check out the amenities or restaurants. The biggest issue was the parking situation. Nowhere in any of the materials that I read did it say that all parking was by valet, but the real problem was that the pull out for the valet was small and shared with parking space for a coffee shop. I would pull into the line, thinking I was next only to discover that the car ahead was actually parked. The traffic was heavy and it was necessary to back out of the pull out to pull around the parked car, which was not at all easy. I have never seen a parking situation so messed up and difficult. Also, in the ad photos it looked like the hotel was waterfront, which it certainly is not.

First things first. Whomever is the GM, you have a great emp named Marcus. I have been to 6 aloft properties and this guy def goes above and beyond. (Maybe he’s the GM ? Not sure) but he not only made me feel welcomed but provided useful advice for a visiting New Yorker. Will def use this location again. I had originally thought I was booking the overall location and this was def a very happy accident
