Comfortable and well decorated. Top feature for us was the location adjacent to a great park for dog walking and under 15 minutes to the Moffitt Magnolia Campus made it ideal for our needs.

Close to Moffitt

We needed a place to stay while Mom was at Moffitt. The place has potential, but needs a good cleaning (including windows and light fixtures). Large yard and Busch Gardens is basically a neighbor. Host very responsive.

I should have realized there might be issues when we arrived and found the grass had grown to mid-calf height. We have a Shih Tzu, and the grass was actually taller than he was, making it difficult for him to walk around the yard.The Wi-Fi was also extremely weak. Only my phone was able to stay connected because it was the first device to log in. I had hoped to watch the World Cup on my iPad, but it simply wouldn’t connect.The most significant issue, however, was the strong musty odor throughout the home. I contacted the host, who explained that the property had been unoccupied and said the smell would eventually dissipate. Unfortunately, it persisted during our stay. The home was also very warm upon arrival—the thermostat read 83F. Given that this is Tampa in July, a cooler home would have been expected.There were also maintenance issues. The dishwasher was pulling away from the cabinetry, making it unusable.Finally, the tone of the signage throughout the house was disappointing. There were numerous notes warning guests about potential fees for various infractions, including taking towels. While I understand the need to protect a property, the abundance and wording of the notices made the home feel unwelcoming rather than hospitable.Individually, these issues might seem minor. Collectively, however, they significantly affected our stay. This was not an inexpensive rental, and for the price we paid, I expected a property that was clean, well-maintained, comfortable
