The Space:

Soft morning light filters across the first‑floor patio as you sip coffee and watch the neighborhood stir awake. Inside, the open layout invites you to spread out, whether you’re gathering around the kitchen island or sinking into the living room couch after a day of exploring. The quiet corners and fresh‑air patio create a gentle rhythm that feels both relaxing and ready for adventure.



Sleeping arrangements

Four queen bedrooms each open onto a private full bathroom, giving every guest a comfortable retreat. The rooms are arranged to provide privacy while keeping the home feeling spacious for up to eight guests.



Living spaces

The living area centers on a large sofa and a flat‑screen TV, perfect for movie nights or casual conversation. A breakfast nook in the kitchen and a separate dining table let you enjoy meals together or spread out for work. Step out onto a small patio with seating for two, a simple spot to breathe in the air before heading out.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen is stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher and essential cookware. You can whip up home‑style meals in the bright space, then choose between the cozy breakfast nook or the larger dining table for shared meals.

The community offers a pool, gym, clubhouse, lounge, basketball court, walking and biking trail, and a grill for outdoor cooking. These amenities are shared, providing options for active days or relaxed evenings. Free on‑site parking makes arrivals and departures effortless.

Located in Lutz, the home sits near Tampa Palms and provides easy drives to USF, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa and several local parks. Restaurants, shops and everyday conveniences are just a short distance away, giving you the freedom to explore while returning to a quiet residential base.

Guest Access:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



The Neighborhood:

Suburban residential streets blend with a bit of urban charm in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida. A short drive separates you from exploring the Florida Aquarium, dining at famous restaurants, and enjoying riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk! Though Tampa Palms’ wooded streets give it a suburban look, the numerous apartment complexes, restaurants, shops, hospitals, and various businesses add some urban flair to the area.



Just south of town, discover University Mall with all of the mall classics—from a delicious food court and large movie theater to major department stores and popular retailers. A few miles further south, you’ll find Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island.



Getting Around:

We are located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting. Our ideal location is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. The excitement of big city activities in Tampa is well within reach.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to them.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
