Please note that neighbors home is under final stages of construction. This means the home next door is built, and almost complete. Finishes are being done. There is minimal noise. Indoors with all windows and doors closed, the work is muted; however, given the day it may be noticeable outside during working hours.

Tamarindo is a fun and active tourist area for all to enjoy. For this reason it’s also important to ensure you take proper precaution to secure your property and your personal items. This home secured and equipped with an alarm system, security, cameras with 24 hour surveillance. Please be sure to utilize these amenities during your stay.
•⁠ ⁠Quiet hours after 8:00 pm.
•⁠ ⁠No more than the registered # of guests
- guests can have up to 2 visitors during the day only until 7pm
•⁠ ⁠Only listed guests are allowed to stay past 7:00 pm.
•⁠ ⁠Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night`s rate.
•⁠ ⁠Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
•⁠ ⁠In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
