The stay was somewhat frustrating. Christina, the property manager either didn't answer our inquiries or took quite a bit of time to get back to us. She did have some personal issues later in our stay but she took time returning messages the whole time. We would directly message the owner who would tell us that the manager never got our WhatsApp messages but I sent screen shots of the messages showing where she had replied but never carried forth with our requests. We actually spoke with the previous tenants and they told us the same thing. Christina would let us know that someone was coming by to drop off supplies the next day and it would be several days.(Toilet paper and soap) A sink stopper for the kitchen sink was requested the first week and we never did get one the whole five weeks we stayed. There is an oven but no cookie sheets or other appropriate pans to use. After being told that she would pick up and deliver the day after we mentioned that there was not one. However, after several days of no show we were told to buy disposable tin ones from the store. Our toilet was not flushing properly (we were told by the previous guests that it was already like that for them) and we were told it would take several days to get someone to look at it even after we told her it was completely unusable. We would go down to the pool area one and use that washroom. My husband was finally able to fix it himself and as far as I know no one else came to check on it.
