The house was cleaned but you could see that it had been cleaned a little while ago as it was dusty. The house was as described and the location nice and quiet. We were under the impression that the pool was attached to the house but you need to walk 50 meters to it, which was fine but not mentioned in the description. Saw quite a bit of wildlife there including Macquaws and Monkeys. The host was great and very responsive everytime we had some questions. Would go back.
