The Tahitian Pavilion Talmont Saint Hilaire Port Bourgenay Vendée

The Tahitian Pavilion has been available for rental since 2008 on Abritel.
It is located in a private residence located a stone's throw from the sea in a very family-friendly seaside resort (near Pierre & Vacances). 400 m from Port Bourgenay and 1 km from Veillon beach (classified blue flag Europe each year). The protected site of the Payré estuary is classified as the first remarkable site in Vendée. Entirely decorated in a Tahitian style, this pavilion has a very appreciable exotic vacation side. Its enclosed garden allows you to fully enjoy sunbathing or family meals!
(Wild coast, salt marshes, estuary, Pointe du Payré, forests and dune), the place remains unique!
Certain, we even forgot to take back their car during their stay !!!
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a microwave. The bathroom has a shower.Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a sofa bed, and housekeeping is provided on request.

Maisonnette bien située

Le positif : *maison tahitienne du sol au plafond, la thématique est dans les moindres détails * l’emplacement est parfait pour profiter d’une crique où la baignade est sans danger avec des enfants * le port bourgenay est accessible à pieds et propose des animations chaque soir (concerts, feu d’artifice, marché nocturne) * présence d’un lave linge * résidence très calme avec emplacement de parking * bonne situation pour visiter la région * maison adaptée pour un couple et deux enfants s’ils sont d’accord pour dormir ensemble dans un canapé convertible * maison relativement fraîche malgré les 34 degrés extérieurs… Le négatif: * nous n’avons pas rencontré le propriétaire ni à l’arrivée ni au départ… quelques sms pour la marche à suivre … * des réserves concernant la propreté ( oreillers et couette tachés, étagère du frigo et du placard sales, poils dans la douche, sable sur la banquette) N’ayant pu rencontrer le propriétaire, je n’ai pu faire d’état des lieux et ai préféré nettoyer avant de m’installer. * la douche étant étroite, elle ne convient pas pour une personne à forte corpulence.

Petit pavillon très chouette et bien équipé (barbecue, cafetière, TV, vaisselle, chaises longues, machine à laver...) Confortable pour 2 personnes, dans une résidence très mignonne. A pied: 5mn du port, 20mn de la plage Plusieurs commerces à proximité. Attention, on ne peut se baigner qu'à marée haute à la plage de Talmont mais la balade en forêt qui longe le bord de mer est très sympa. Le port et ses restaurants valent le détour également.

Juillet 2014 Merci Nicolas pour l'accueil. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Talmont Saint Hilaire. La proximité de la plage du Veillon est appréciable, tout autant que le confort du pavillon et le calme de son environnement. Petit plus : Ménage très facile à faire. Nous reviendrons assurément en famille

WE au pavillon tahitien

Nous sommes revenus ravis de notre week-end à Talmont Saint Hilaire. Il se trouve que Nicolas était au Brésil lors de notre venue mais il nous a tout de même répondu et a été très réactif ! Le petit pavillon est très mignon, proche du port et de la plage et bien équipé. Idéal pour un week end entre amis ou en amoureux ! Nous le conseillons vivement et reviendrons sans doute. Allez y !

Super pavillon à tahiti

Nous avons reservé la maison de Nicolas de la veille pour le lendemain sur un coup de tête! Et nous n'avons pas été déçu! Tout était parfait! Ce petit "pavillon tahitien" a tout pour plaire. Il y a une superette, une boulangerie et même une poissonnerie à proximité immédiate! et la mer à 10 minutes! Tout se fait à pieds... Nicolas a pensé à tout même au couteau à huître! ;-) Bref nous avons passé une super weekend dépaysant à moins d'une heure de chez nous!
