House of 56m² for 4 to 6 people in a quiet private residence facing the magnificent Bay of Cayola.
House at the foot of the cycle and pedestrian paths for beautiful walks by the sea or to go to the large beaches of Les Sables d'Olonne or Veillon.
Ideal for a sporty family holiday in peace.

The house was renovated in 2019, it is composed of:
On the first floor: 1 bedroom with double bed (160X200), separate toilet, bathroom, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster...), dining area with large table, veranda with lounge overlooking private garden with large outdoor table.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90×190) that can be converted into 1 bed of 180 cm, 1 mezzanine with sofa bed and TV lounge (free NETFLIX access).

In the residence there is a large swimming pool (20X10 m), a tennis court, a petanque court, all accessible at will at no extra charge.

The house is located 8km south of Les Sables d'Olonnes, a large sandy beach is 4 km away (Veillon beach) and the oyster farm of La Guittière, the 18-hole golf course of Bourgenay (Pierre et Vacances) is 2 km away.
A cycle path passes in front of the residence and connects all these places along the sea.

Un excellent séjour dans une résidence calme et bien située, en bord de mer et proche des pistes cyclables. Une location confortable et bien équipée. Une charmante attention de la part des propriétaires qui avaient préparé un panier d'accueil à notre intention.

Charmante location

Location coquette et bien entretenue avec tout le confort et le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable.une prise électrique dans la salle de bain aurait été un plus. Emplacement calme et reposant. Magnifiques ballades en vélo à proximité. Petit jardin charmant et confortable. Résidence avec piscine et tennis très bien entretenue et fleurie... On ne peut que recommander chaleureusement !!!

Séjour Talmont

Nous is avons passé d’agréables vacances. Le logement est propre et très bien équipé. Seul bémol : pas de barbecue possible dans le jardin mais un commun disponible dans la résidence.
