This place was perfect for our family of 6. We were thrilled to find that there was a washer/dryer in the unit. The kitchen area was equipped with everything that we needed. The smart TV was great so we could login to our Netflix account and relax in the evening. We stayed 5 nights and they came to clean the room and refresh the towels in the middle of our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Room is spacious. Kitchenette is nice. In room laundry equipment is great. Located at the center of the busiest area in Taipei, we do not have enough time to try all the restaurants around it. Will definitely return.

The view from our room was amazing! The room looked just like the photo on the website. The room was clean and we appreciated the bottled water and replacement towels which occurred twice during our 6 day stay. The property was centrally located to everything we wanted to see and transportation was easily accessible. The Taiwan Main Station was right across the street which made it convenient to getting to attractions. Location was also convenient to restaurant, eateries and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again.

Amazing location - incredibly close to major transportation and many shops. Comfortable and clean but the microwave and washer/dryer had issues. The microwave didn't work and the washer worked fine but the dryer was inoperable. Overall, a great deal and would definitely recommend to others.

This accommodation is cheap for the location. Very convenient. The building and in the lift has strong smell of people smoking. However, there is no smoke smell in the unit. It looks like an office building converted to lodgings. The unit looks clean and has a lot of useful amenities like dryer and washer 2 in 1. Bath tub. Sofa bed.TV. All are nice. However, we got a lot of insect bites on our legs the first night we stayed. New bites appeared everyday. We suspected bed bugs at the 2nd last day and informed the host but were told no other customer complained (this was not true after we checked Google reviews). Nonetheless we did go to the countryside for hot spring and waterfall, hence we don’t want to make a big deal out of it. We had bed bug (or whatever insect bite, although it’s very close to bed bug) experience on travels and this is our worse by far. Anyway, whatever it is, I hope that the host do something about it.

The photo and the actual room was so difference , check in was so difficult to find as their company was not shown on the 1st floor directory . I later found out they left me a message at hotel.com regards the check in , which I never expected it , setting up the sofa bed would cost us 500 Taiwan money which is unreasonable. I will not visit them again .

Great location, nice apartment

Great little apartment, perfect for a short getaway. So much to do within the tower and all around. Convenient location, close to MRT, shopping, massages. Rental company very responsive, can leave your luggage in locked room to continue exploring or start exploring before check-in time. Highly recommend.

Conveniently located to many great shops and street vendors. Being across the street from the rail and central bus station is a huge plus. The building and facility is a bit older but the price was reasonable. It was comfortable.
