I checked in on April 3rd, arriving in Taiwan early in the morning at around 5 a.m. During the check-in process, the front desk staff provided good service overall. However, there was one female staff member on the mid-shift, who appeared to be relatively slim, whose attitude towards guests was extremely poor. When I encountered an issue and requested assistance with changing rooms, her explanation was unclear and difficult to understand. As I could not fully comprehend what she meant, I politely asked her to explain it again. However, her response was unprofessional and unpleasant. Instead of clarifying, she directly asked another staff member to explain the situation. Her attitude made us feel very uncomfortable. This was particularly disappointing given that we had just arrived from Europe after a long journey and were still affected by jet lag. Under such circumstances, a basic level of courtesy and patience should be expected. I simply asked her to repeat the explanation—was that really such a difficult request? In addition, she repeatedly insisted that we pay an additional fee, even though we were not staying for just one night, but for a total of six consecutive nights. I believe that this staff member’s service quality needs improvement, and I strongly recommend that your hotel provide further training and make the necessary adjustments.

松山空港から歩ける距離ですが、台北中心地にはモノレール線で乗り換えが必要です。モノレール線はどの線へも乗り換えでかなりの距離を歩かなければならず少々不便です。 部屋は入った瞬間に汚いと感じました。広さは充分ですが部屋の隅やテーブルの清掃が不十分で、自分が使用する範囲は自分で掃除しました。 1泊目の夜、浴室にゴキブリが出ました。フロントに電話したところ殺虫スプレーはなく、他の部屋の空きもないとの事。スタッフの方が部屋に来て対処してくれましたが、真夏の台北で安いホテルを取るのは危険だと思いました。
