Room is nice and clean, staff is professional. The only bad experience is the sleeping. From times to times, there will be a low frequency noise coming from somewhere, which i cannot locate. It sounds like Air compressor or something.

Excellent rooms, plenty of countertop space in the bathroom to spread out your things. Turning off the lighting via the TV remote is such a plus, and with Family Mart and 7-Eleven right downstairs, getting snacks, drinks and extra anything was never a challenge. Front desk staff always greet you upon arrival, and extremely helpful for many cases where I needed help with local language translations (Taiwan can be difficult without this, and the Line app!). Staff informed us of a lost item, and are even assisting in delivering it to us back. Internationally. What a wonderful hotel.
