I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and always ready to assist with any questions. The location is extremely convenient — right opposite the MRT station, with a direct bus outside the station to Yangmingshan. It’s also within walking distance to Shilin Night Market, which made exploring the area very easy. The only downside is the Standard Double Room (Charm Room), 17 sqm, which is very small and not ideal for two people. There’s barely any space to move around, so I wouldn’t recommend this room type for couples or two guests. Overall, a good stay if you choose a larger room type and value convenience and service.

Amazing place to stay and in amazing location. Facilities are great and includes access to a washing machine and dryer with washing detergent/fabric softener provided too. Only minor thing is that rooms are small-ish and probably couldn’t fit a checked-in luggage size. Lucky I had only a cabin bag size. But otherwise fabulous

Nice cozy hotel

The room is very small. With two twin beds it can only fit two people. But the bathroom is quite roomy. Friendly staff. The breakfast room is open 24 hours. Our flight leaves lat in the evening. We spent several hours in the afternoon in the breakfast area quite comfortably.

Steps away from a metro station. Walking to a night market and the beautiful Grand hotel. Self-serve free laundry is a nice asset. So is the freely available light breakfast and beverage. I enjoyed the daily fresh fruits and ice water. The room has a high ceiling which makes the space roomy. Small room but reasonable for two people with mini fridge, safe, desk and chair.

The bathroom was good, but I realized the main room was very dusty. Dust floated in the air when I closed the door with a bit force. I stayed there only for 2 nights but I would have asked to change a room or hotel if I stayed longer.
