This is the best hotel that I've ever stayed while traveling internationally. Having stayed here for 2 weeks, I can attest to how reliable the staff's professionalism is, the breakfast variety, etc. First of all, the staff. The staff is always friendly, helpful, competent and professional! They were all excellent! This includes housekeeping. All services were consistently excellently performed. The breakfast buffet had a variety of food each day, and changed from day to day. The breakfast area was always very clean too. And the lady that primarily was there, was so friendly! The room was huge and clean! It's the biggest room I ever had internationally, including other Asian countries, Europe and Turkey. It was very comfortable and quiet. The neighborhood is safe feeling, great location and plenty of food options.

Bed was very firm and uncomfortable, pillows didn’t have much fill. Breakfast items were always cold (stayed 5 days and tried breakfast each day). The food options were local cuisine, with the exception of chicken nuggets one day. The espresso machine was a nice feature. Staff was very friendly and helpful which was great when asking for where to find things or recommendations. Location was nice to feel out of the touristy districts, but walking distance to street markets and points of interest.

My first trip to Taipei feeling apprehensive due to language barrier & uncertainties that comes with traveling abroad. The staff was nothing short of pure accomodations & welcoming, from checking in to the restaurant staff, morning buffet which was a delight with many options that could be construed as brunch with great attendant staff and housekeeping was equally kind. Front desk staff quick to help with my struggle to communicate patiently. I am especially appreciative to the Manager Nancy who oversaw to make my stay arrangement smooth & cost effective, helping me learn Mandarin was above and beyond! From staff with excellent management, I'm grateful Royal Biz Taipei made an outsider guest feel less like a stranger more like a welcome guest. Food, amenities, comfort, quiet, convenience, superb staff, cleanliness and price rarely equally matched when trying a new hotel, this did just that. I had a wonderful time, the staff were very attentive, and could answer all my questions about easiest ways to travel, food recommendations, and general information about Taipei. The location is great, close to Dongman station, which is a good point to head to most of the night markets. it's only a half-hour walk from either major shopping district in East and West Taipei too. The rooms were cleaned very well and very promptly too. The breakfast was excellent, with mainly East Asian foods but also some Western foods too, so there will be something for everybody.

The room is clean and beds are comfortable. Staff are super nice and helpful. Our flight was significantly delayed and they stayed up for our super late check in. Breakfast is simply and nice with a good amount of healthy items. Location is convenient and very easy to get a cab or walk to a train station. Great value for the money. Definitely recommend.

Nice place

The room was huge! The bed was so comfortable. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was quite good. My only criticism would be that on the days they had ham, or bacon or sausage, they didn’t have scrambled eggs. When they had scrambled eggs, there was no meat to go with them in my Western opinion. It is close to a metro station so getting around is really easy.
