It's a very nice and clean hotel. The bed is very comfortable. But the pilows still need to improve...I love the stuff. I reached the hotel quite late at night but the staff came to serve us in very short time...This is the part I appriciated the most...

住過好多次了。只有這次有點小小的不開心。一直以為就在士林捷運出口處。沒想到此飯店在土林地區有好幾個點。這次入住的跟前幾次入住的地方有一小段的距離。因為抵達時間又晚了，要辦理check in 時才被告知是住另一館。當下真的很傻眼。建議可以用不同的分館分稱，讓住客在訂房前可以選擇。 不過此系列的住宿環境都很乾淨整潔 價格在台北地區真的是相當超值 (大推)

とにかく安く、アクセス便利

入口やロビーがなく、電話で頑張って英語を話していると、『日本人ですか？』とカタコトではあるが、対応して下さり、そこで待つように指示。 部屋は、ベットシーツは清潔で、トイレシャワーも綺麗です。 景色らしい景色は有りませんが、寝れればOKの方にはとにかくオススメ。 今回で3度目の利用でした。

Overall this is a very good choice if you are looking for a clean and modern place to stay with a great price point and don't need any fancy service extra (such as front desk staff, swimming pool, in-room fridge, etc). The only drawback for me is the small room space for desk area. My trip requiring me to sit down and use my laptop to do things in the hotel for many hours a day, and the desk area is super small and the chair is not comfortable. Considering the rate, I won't complain too much. Overall a great hotel that at a very convenient location, I will stay again.

接電話的人對於現場是否有人員可以開門的掌握度不高，讓我們等check in 等了20幾分鐘 服務人員到現場後，也沒有表明身份，也沒有為我們的久候而道歉，只是酷酷的又做了訂房資料的確認以及check in 程序

台灣住過最差的民宿，床單不太乾淨，除了價錢平沒有什麼可言

第一晚到步在Expedia提供的地址打電話，有個男的聽叫我們等10分鐘，然後在樓下7-11等，不久有個男的來接，期間遇到對香港夫婦，問我們是否住士林小棧，她說不是上述地址的，她很氣憤鬧，房間太小又不近捷運站，結果我也是同一待遇，其實我覺得Expedia都有責任，客服也是很難找的，我都係透過電郵跟他們聯絡。雖然價錢平但我不會再入住，整體來說有點伏。

士林駅には近いです‼

モノレールに近いのはよいですが、 前回の宿泊時には水が朝まで出ず お風呂も入れなくて 今回はお湯が出なくて大変でした(-_-#) 設備は最悪でした。
