Overall, most of the staff are excellent. Only the one I met during the check-in process, who is in charge at the lounge. Since there was a long queue at the 1st floor reception, someone took us to the lounge for check-in and offered us some drinks, which was a nice touch. The staff were smiling and trying to be pleasant, but he helped check us in without providing the details of the total payment amount. The worst is that he mentioned the lounge usability is not included in your Expedi package. I'm shocked that a five-star hotel treats its customers this way. This is not what we requested. You invited us to go to the lounge because of the long queue, and now you are humiliating the customers. I'm so sorry that you ruined all the others' efforts.
