I stayed here for eight days and it was absolutely amazing. Everything was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and they spoke English very well. The breakfast in the morning is exceptional. as someone from America visiting Taiwan for the first time, there is always a learning curve, but it wasn’t too hard to get around or understand this hotel. The only thing that is in my opinion not the best would be the gym. While it provides free towels to use, it mostly contains cardio equipment, like treadmills, bicycles, and a rowing machine. I wish it had a little bit more for weight training. There is a single cable stack and a few interesting looking dumbbells, but the gym is pretty small so it makes it feel like you’re hoarding the machine if there are more people working out. That’s literally my only complaint for the hotel everything else was exceptional.
Breakfast has food varieties from many counties. You will find something you like.

You don’t need to go out for 卤肉饭 — the hotel breakfast already serves one of the best I’ve had. Five stars just for the breakfast! The bed is very firm, which our family really appreciated, and the room is spacious and comfortable. Honestly, we couldn’t ask for more.

Room was quiet, clean, well-air conditioned. The breakfast was excellent. The atrium is beautiful but may induce vertigo for some. It was nice to be able to reserve the pool. However, I think the hotel should either a) inform guests that swim caps are needed for it, or b) provide a dry swim cap. I was required to wear a wet swim cap, and I don't know how it got wet..presumably it was used by someone before me, and was not cleaned between our uses. Another option would be to sell or rent swim caps. I'd also note that the hotel might do well to explain to guests how much more it costs to pay in USD as opposed to NTD. This is a real consumer protection issue. I know to pay in NTD, but I worry others do not.
