The room initially had humidity issues but the staff addressed it promptly. Overall fair price for a clean room in a great location. Close to transit, lots of food options, plenty of shopping spots and surprisingly quiet at night.

Clean spacious room with very firm and comfortable beds. The drawback is I am unable to switch on/off the toilet lightning without switch on/off the entrance lightning (the lightning are linked), the entrance lightning is very bright and shining directly at the beds.

The property is in a convenient location. Room is spacious and clean. However, there are couple of inconveniences. All the lights and aircon in the room is controlled by a module next to the bed on one side which is unintuative and inconvenient, especially in the dark! The other thing is the lack of power points in the room. There is only a double points where the kettle is, that all! While all these are sort of workable, it is not very convenient nor easy to use. Overall, it is still a nice place to stay.

I'm surprised to give this hotel 5 stars, but the quality for the price deserves it. This hotel is a bit run down and the hallway did not make a good first impression, but the triple room was very clean and free of odours (though the bathroom initially smelled like a public pool from the chlorine wash) and well serviced with spotless linens. Front desk staff were lovely. The local area is bustling with many small restaurants and shops. Looking for a cheap and clean place to stay? This ia a very good option. We. would stay here again.

All the staff are very friendly from recept to housekeeping. Convenient eateries nearby. Taipei main stn K12 exit has escalator which is better for us with more luggages. Before Z4 exit the lift is usually packed. Will choose this hotel when we return to Taipei.
