Elevator is too small, no luggage cart can fit into it, as we have a bit more luggage. We asked for an additional blanket, it was so ugly, old and worn out, even they said, it’s cleaned. It couldn’t be accepted. We asked for change, the 2nd one was still the same, so we gave up. One of the receptionist was rude. We will not coming back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone else. Thank you

East Dragon Hotel was a great place to stay whilst in Taipei. the location is close to two MRTs which would get you around the city. Staff were friendly, the only downside is the bed it's firm but that's normal for east Asian cultures.

I loved the location! The area was very walkable, safe and nearby eateries and shopping. I regularly went for walks alone at 3-4am, and felt completely safe. The a/c worked great, which was a huge plus. I would definitely stay here again. It's located just across the street from the Ximending pedestrian area, so you get immediate access without having to stay directly in the chaos.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite Yong He Soymilk shop. Room was well kept but cleanliness can be improved. WIFI was weak. Bed was pretty hard. The service rendered by the staff were great!
