The hotel has a good location right next to Taipei train station. however, dont expect anything from the hardware stand point. the hotel is very old. it's good enough for just sleep one night for layover is you want to save money. The picture looks nice but everything looks out dated. They want to save the world environment by not providing you anything. no soap just some cheap shampoo....i will not come back.

3rd time returning to the hotel for our entire trip to Taiwan. No regrets for booking this hotel 3 nights different date stay for our entire trips. Luggage are safely stored when we check out and retrieve it back when we return back to the hotel, breakfast are good. Super convenient in transportation, easily access to Metro, Local Train, HSR and Airport Express. Will stay here again when visiting Taiwan again.

Fast response when asking questions on the app, fast check in procedures, breakfast is nice on Sunday, many varieties. Very convenient location, Taipei Main station is an interchange for Metro, Local Train, HSR, Airport express and there an exit near the hotel.

Very classy and elegant hotel, where I had a nice and large room, with good facilities. Breakfast selection was unusual (to a Westerner), but wide choice and perfectly nice. I had some free coffee vouchers for the ground floor coffee shop, which did the most amazing rose lattes. The surrounding area was very safe (as is all of Taipei) and the main station is only a few yards away. Great place to stay if you are visting for the first time.

Staff was courteous and the location was very convenient right next to the main terminal. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a one night layover. The room was overall quiet from street noise but you could hear everything in the hall and there was a bit of a smell I couldn't get over but not too bad. There was a wide selection for breakfast and it was maybe the biggest hotel breakfast buffet I've ever seen. I would stay here again but don't think I would choose it if I were here for a whole week.

My wife and I stayed in the Cosmos Hotel for one night whilst on our way to another part of Taiwan by train. The hotel has the big advantage of being close to the main Taipei station, within easy walking distance. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel.

This property has the best location next to the main train station . Direct train from the airport then upstairs to the hotel. It is an older style hotel but speck and span. Staff were very nice and I would stay there next time I visit Taipei

Took a while to get our room ready. Was disappointed that the front desk didn’t let us know when the room was ready. Bathtub / shower surface can be a little slippery so be careful getting in & out.
