部屋環境はとても清潔に保たれています。 素泊まりで寝るだけ目的の旅にはもってこいのアパートメントタイプのホテルだと思います。他の方が書いているような隣の音がうるさいというようなことには一切困りませんでした。気にもなりませんでした。捷運民権西路の4番出口目の前三秒ですし、何なら中山地下街をふらつきながら台北駅まで歩いていけるので、立地面では最高です。 ただ、改善点があるとすれば、当日にもらう入り口ドアの開け方パスワードメールで、35號建物の方の『番号→ON、もしくは番号→#️⃣』との案内になってるのですが、ドアのナンバーキーに#️⃣がないのとONではなくてEnのボタンを押さないと開かなかったという事態が起きて若干手間取りました。理解して慣れれば何ら問題はないことですが。ドアの開け方をオーナーに尋ねるのに何度か電話しましたが繋がりませんでした。また、開門のパスワードは毎日変わりました。

部屋に書いてあったWiFiは電波が弱く、自分の階数のを選択したら全く問題なく繋がりました。 駅の4番出口から徒歩5秒で、雨でも助かりました。　部屋の清潔さは普通です。虫が全く出なかったので良かったです。シャワーカーテンがあれば良かったと思います。後、壁が薄いからか、隣の話し声が丸聞こえでした。。自分は気にせず寝れましたが、気になる方は耳栓持参してください。
