The Neighborhood:

Located in a peaceful Tahoe City neighborhood, this home offers a serene escape surrounded by tall pines and fresh mountain air. You’ll be just a short drive from Commons Beach, lakefront trails, and downtown Tahoe City, where shops, cafes, and water activities await. In winter, world-class skiing is within 20 minutes at Palisades Tahoe or Northstar Resort.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. There is no shuttle line or public transit within walking distance. The home is a 7-minute drive to downtown Tahoe City and about 20 minutes from Northstar and Palisades Tahoe ski resorts.



Other Things to Note:

This is a classic Tahoe home with an older, cabin-style interior and some vintage furnishings/finishes.



Like most homes in the area, the home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe winter travel, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



The grill is only available in the summer months.



If you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying resort opening and closing dates.
