For those looking to fully enjoy everything North Lake Tahoe has to offer, you couldn’t choose a better place to stay! Centrally located near the city, beaches, and mountains, this home will place you near it all! Situated less than a mile's walk from the beautiful and sandy Bristlecone Beach and Skylandia Beach, both beaches offer amenities such as BBQ areas and walking trails for a family fun day in the sun. Or, head down the street where you can access a bike path that can take you for a nice stroll in the woods or down the west shore to the famous Meeks Bay. In the winter months, you are only 15 minutes from Palisades Tahoe ski resorts, 20 minutes from Northstar Ski Resort, and less than 5 minutes from the Tahoe City Nordic Center where you can XC ski and snowshoe. If you're looking for a little less outdoor adventure, you are only 3 miles from the charming town of Tahoe City. There, you will find grocery stores, a variety of places to eat, boutique shops, a movie theater, a beachfront park, a farmers market, and live music.



Getting Around:

Centrally located just off HWY 28 and within walking distance of a public transportation stop, the home allows you to get by without having a vehicle if needed. A walk of less than half a mile from the home will take you to the public transportation TART stop at HWY 28 at Dollar Dr on the Mainline route, which runs along the entire western shore of Lake Tahoe from Tahoma to the north shore at Incline Village. Or take advantage of being 8 minutes from Tahoe City and connect to one of the many bus lines there, taking you to locations such as Northstar California Resort or Olympic Valley. The home’s central location places you within quick access to the main highway, so you can enjoy the many beautiful surrounding areas within a 25-minute drive or less! In the winter, hit the ski slopes at Northstar Ski Resort or Palisades Tahoe Ski Resorts, both less than 20 minutes away. Or, head over to Tahoe Cross Country, only 3 minutes from the home where you can XC ski. In the summertime, you are within a short drive, and even walking distance, to several beaches such as Bristlecone Beach and Skylandia.



Tahoe has many taxi companies, and seasonally, UBER and Lyft.

Please note that, like most homes in Tahoe, this home does not have A/C.



Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.



This property has an exterior security camera for safety purposes. There are three cameras on-site: one on the porch entry, one on the front deck and one focused on the driveway.



Charcoal grills are strictly forbidden in this county and will result in a $1,500 citation if used.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
