This welcoming condo is conveniently located on Dollar Hill, just minutes from the sandy beaches of Lake Tahoe and the charming town of Tahoe City.
During the summer months, enjoy a quick drive to the dog-friendly Skylandia Park and Lake Forest Beaches—both just over a mile away if you prefer to walk. For a bit more adventure, Tahoe City is about three miles down the hill and easily accessible via a scenic bike path. In town, you’ll find public beaches and piers, the Tahoe City Marina, and a variety of boats, jet ski and kayak rentals, along with restaurants, shops, and bars. The Nordic Center is also only a mile from the HOA where you can rent equipment and enjoy over 50 kilometers of groomed trails for cross county skiing and snowshoeing. In the summer, it's also a gateway to an extensive network of hiking and mountain biking trails.
This comfortable condo is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to relax at home or unwind after a day of adventure. It’s on the ground level with a covered entrance offering easy access year-round and no exterior stairs to navigate during winter months.
