"We checked in at approximately 12:00am, checking in was very easy. The late night representative held herself in a professional manner, very informative and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean, sheets clean, good odor. And a Phenomenal oceanfront view!!! The breakfast bar was very nice, I was expecting some different items (out of the box)they didn’t, but they did have biscuits and gravy my favorite! My daughter enjoyed the splash pad and the pool especially the lazy river. Grab a parking spot quickly before 10 or 11, if not you’ll be left on the top floor lol! Only thing I wish I had more time. 10/10😁☺️"

"We were there for a wedding and stayed in the villas. Would have definitely upgraded to a 2 bed villa. Location was great, we were right across from the venue. Shuttles ran regularly to take you to the main hotel for pool or beach. My only complaint and it's just a personal thing, is that they charged my daughter .77 cents for tap water at the pool. My second thing was being a coffee person, there was no kerig in this particular villa so we would go to check in. Last day they said there wasn't enough guests to make coffee. Steakhouse was great on premises ."

"The first room we received was on the 2nd floor “ocean view”. While yes I could see the ocean it wasn’t high enough to not be blocked by the pool. After checking out the view I turned to look at the actual room. Not terrible, but also not at all what I saw online. Then I saw the “seashells” on the table between the beds. I went to take a closer look and come to find out they were not seashells but fake fingernails someone left behind. We went right back to the front desk and asked for a new room. Yay! We got moved to the 19th floor. While no fingernails on the nightstand, this room was much more rundown and outdated than the first room. The toilet lid was broken, everything in the bathroom was rusted and the breaking point for me was the stained bath towels. We ended up staying one night but the next morning we went and found a new hotel. I noticed when we checked in that there’s an early check out fee, at first I thought that was strange, but after my one night, I understand."
