All staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The room was clean, the bathroom had a drip and the faucet was a bit unusal, but we had a great stay.

The room was definitely aged, although they advertised renovated rooms. Balcony door lock was rusted so bad required maintenance to be able to use. Front desk had text me to check on things, when I had a few concerns, they never got back with me. Housekeeping was great, the best we have had since the start of covid, at any hotel/resort.

The room had roaches, and sheets were still covered in someone else’s good time( looked like semen and blood). We had to request all new sheets. When I tried to call the front desk from my 15th-floor room, there was no answer.

Asked front desk if hotel had an ATM. I was told no but later found 3 ATMs. At 1057am i got a knock on door about cleaning room. Check out was 11am. Said i would be out in 5 minute. 3 minutes later another knock on door. Cleaners were waiting just outside my door.

Staff was amazing. Room was spacious and comfortable. Beautiful ocean view. Entire resort is a bit outdated but that doesn't really affect the stay. Except for the half broken shower head. Room was clean but the outdated issue didn't really let it shine.
