The light-filled 3-room vacation apartment in “Haus Nordmarkgarten” offers luxurious space for up to 4 people across approximately 103 square meters on two levels. Its beachfront location in Westerland on Sylt, just a few meters from two beach access points, ensures a relaxing vacation by the sea. Pets are not allowed.

**LIVING ROOM AND SOUTH-FACING TERRACE**
The spacious living room is furnished with a cozy sofa, a dining table, and a TV. The south-facing bay window provides plenty of light and a pleasant living atmosphere. From here, you have direct access to the furnished south-facing terrace and the small garden area with a wind-protected Westerland beach chair (available from spring through fall).

**SEPARATE KITCHEN WITH DINING AREA**
The separate kitchen is fully equipped and features a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine, as well as a cozy seating area for a relaxed breakfast or dinner.

The first bedroom, the master bedroom, features a comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom also features a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a walk-in closet, and its own flat-screen TV. This room also has an en suite bathroom.
