Built in 2025, this newly constructed vacation rental offers a modern, cozy atmosphere and is located just 50 meters from downtown, putting Sylt’s best amenities within easy walking distance.

With a spacious floor area of 43 m², this ground-floor vacation rental offers plenty of room for up to three people. The open-concept rooms are tastefully furnished, and the open kitchen, which opens onto the living room, invites you to prepare culinary delights.
