The Godewind House, GO/01, welcomes you to an idyllic location in Rantum on Sylt and combines spacious living comfort with extensive, modern amenities. Located just about 150 meters from the sandy beach, this exclusive residence offers you a relaxing stay right by the North Sea. Shopping options are within walking distance (350 meters), and restaurants are just 100 meters away. Public transportation is also just 200 meters away, providing excellent connectivity, while you can safely park your vehicle in one of the two private parking spaces belonging to the house, each equipped with an electric charging station. The enclosed property ensures security and privacy.

The spacious accommodation spans several levels and offers a total of five rooms across approximately 138 m² of living space, including four separate bedrooms and seven comfortable sleeping arrangements. Well-thought-out amenities and tasteful furnishings create a cozy atmosphere where families, couples, and travelers with dogs feel welcome. Up to two pets are allowed by arrangement.

The spacious living area is equipped with a wood-burning stove, radiant floor heating, a sofa, armchairs, and a hi-fi system, inviting you to relax after long walks on the beach. The kitchen meets the highest standards of comfort and functionality.

A total of five digital TV sets (including international channels) are available in both the living room and the four bedrooms. Wi-Fi and internet access, a desk, and a safe are also provided. The bathroom features an open-concept shower, and a bathtub is also available. There are two bathrooms in total, one of which includes an additional separate guest restroom.

Relaxation is guaranteed in the private wellness area with a sauna—perfect for unwinding after physical activities.

Outside, the sunny terrace with comfortable patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a parasol invites you to enjoy your vacation in your own private, enclosed garden. A beautiful view of the countryside creates a relaxing atmosphere.

For sports enthusiasts and nature lovers, the immediate surroundings offer numerous opportunities: from hiking and walking to Nordic walking, and more. With the dunes and the open North Sea nearby, you’ll experience Sylt at its best.

The new thatched-roof semi-detached house Godewind is located right next to the Rantum beach access, far away from the noise of traffic. Dunes on one side and a lovingly landscaped front yard on the other offer guests privacy. From the living area of each house, you have access to the respective south-facing terrace with a view of the dunes and the Wadden Sea. Here, the wind carries the sound of the sea, and lounge chairs invite you to relax and sunbathe. Both houses are separated from each other by a privacy screen at the rear. The nearby dream beach is just a 3-minute walk away.

Every comfort and detail has been taken into account, from custom-made furniture, beautiful porcelain, and fluffy towels to flat-screen TVs—and even the way the Sylt sunlight streams into the living spaces.
