The staff was amazing — genuinely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The location is also fantastic and very convenient. There is, however, some room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness. While the sheets were clean, the overall room and shared bathrooms could benefit from more regular and thorough vacuuming and cleaning. With a bit more attention to that, the experience would be significantly better.

Helpful and friendly staff. My room was clean although there was a odour but this was dealt with efficiently. Great location very close to the metro, bakeries and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this hotel if you are wanting somewhere close to the city but still want a quiet, relaxing place to sleep.

This is a lovely 19th century building that has much charm and unique details. I love the plank flooring. Sunny & bright. I found it very quiet. The stage is extremely helpful. I had one issue and it was resolved in minutes! Also the security is 100% operational. I do recommend this property.

They texted me at 2:30pm on the day of my reservation and cancelled my booking due to overbooking! It was really a great experience to be left with no place to stay in a city you’ve just arrived👍 I strongly would not recommend to anyone to book this place unless you’re not looking for trouble!
