The kitchen is fully equipped with a built in dishwasher, gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer, to suit all your culinary needs. The lounge room is bathed in natural light, offering a bright and relaxing space to unwind.



We have no doubt that you will enjoy your stay at the apartment and it has what you need for a few days or a longer stay.

Bathrooms: fully renovated bathroom with large walk in shower, vanity and toilet



Home Truths:

- The apartment is on the 1st floor of a small apartment block with approximately 15 stairs

- The balcony is being refurbished and is not accessible, there will be some noise during the day from 7th October 2025 for approximately 16 weeks. ****No works from 19th December to 5th January****

- Laundry area only has a washing machine, we do supply a portable clothes airer



We can provide extra cleaning services, linen changes or assist you to make a special occasion memorable with hampers or gifts.



The property has everything you need to enjoy a short or long stay, we manage the property on behalf of the owner and believe we offer a 5 star service. We are happy to do what's needed for your stay and below in other things to note you will find a lot more detail.



There is a Minut home sensor in the living room, this reacts if sound levels exceed a certain threshold for too long and sends us a notification if some alarms are touched.

Guest Access:

We will meet you on arrival to show you through the property. You have full private use of the apartment during your reservation. We are available by message or using the number we provide you after booking.

- The apartment is on the 1st floor of a small apartment block with approximately 15 stairs

- The balconies on the other side of the building are being refurbished and there may be some noise during the day

- Please note from 7th October 2025 the balcony of the property is not accessible and there may be noise as there will be construction on the balcony itself. This is likely for 16 weeks. There will be no access to the balcony and this will not affect they inside of the apartment.
