6 bed female only ensuite. Dorm was very small and shower very compact. Beds very creaky and had a lumpy pillow. Not the best with communication beforehand. Virtual lady at check in however was very friendly and cooking staff was always polite. Not the cleanest around but not the worst. Location ideal.

The virtual receptionist was fantastic. Sadly the other people sharing the room werent so good and respecting others with leaving the lights on, banging luggage and coming and going too frequently and letting the door slam

Nice location

Location, location, location! Right in the center of Sydney! Everything in walking distance! Breakfast and lunch was pretty good. Guests and staff are friendly and polite. Unfortunately it was hard to sleep because every sound from the street was heard. Extremely noisy. Ear plugs didn’t help at all. Bathroom and shower were pretty dirty all the time.
