Nice friendly staff, accomodation was comfortable, however the room had a slight damp mould smell. This was like attributed to the leaking room fridge that was identified upon our departure. Some late night hall noise from other guests was infrequently heard.

Check in was not good as we saw dirty dishes and left over food left outside the door when we checked in. Everything else was good. Happy hour drinks was only limited to a select few drinks and was still expensive.

Fantastic hotel convenient situated on the Tram line which made it very easy to get around. The room was surprisingly big and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had the breakfast buffet which was very good. Walking distance to Darling Harbour. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Housekeeping was a disappointment. Day 1 we checked in after 3 pm as our room was not ready. Day 2 our room was serviced at 5.30. Day 4 we went to breakfast at 8am, with 3 trolleys servicing rooms near by, but our room was serviced at 4.30pm.

Excellent location, check in staff super helpful and friendly. Great to be able to leave luggage after checking out to be able to explore more of the city before flying. Buffet breakfast outstanding with huge range of options. Very family friendly. Terrific location right on the light rail. Easy to get to from airport with public transport.
