Quite surprised with the size of the room for the price full kitchen and lovely ensuite. Some parts are a bit dated but this company are slowly doing up all of these properties and they are doing an excellent job. Recommend staying with this chain.

They turned a single room into a family room so that they can charge more. No room to sit for a coffee, no room to unpack your luggage, you have to leave all your belongings in the luggage. There is no room to put your luggage. I had to put it in the bathroom

Overall, it’s very good. However, the bathroom sometimes has a bad smell. If you’re someone who seeks quiet, this isn’t the place for you, as there are many businesses around that play music late into the night.

I booked into a single bed room, because I was travelling alone, but didn’t expect the room to be so small. Not even a chair! The bathroom was a good size, very clean, nice strong shower. The room was very quiet and clean. The reception staff were polite and accommodating.

It was hard for me to stay since I was disabled. There was no help getting my suitcases to my room, and they originally told me when I was going to leave that they would have no help with that either, but somebody didn’t come up and help me which was a blessing. The area around the hotel is very interesting and most of the Customer Service. People were very nice but my room in the bathroom appeared to have some mold in the tiles. It was an older room, older hotel, and guess I should’ve expected it for what I paid.
