The property is the front house at 89 Victoria St, Werrington and is easy to access.
Guests may park in front of the garage or along the driveway.
Kindly note that the lawn area belongs to the rear tenant, so please do not park on the grass.

Guests have full access to the entire home throughout their stay, including the living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry area for longer bookings.

The property also offers driveway parking for guest vehicles.
Check-in is straightforward, and arrival details will be shared before your stay.

Once checked in, guests can come and go freely with their assigned access. This setup works well for families, business travellers, and work crews who may have different schedules.

Outdoor areas such as the front entry space are also available for guest use. Please be considerate of neighbours and keep noise levels respectful at all times.

✔︎ Quiet hours: We respect our neighbours` peace and privacy, so we ask that guests keep noise levels down between 7 pm and 8 am. Please respect the property and neighbours.

✔︎ Cleanliness: We expect our guests to leave the property in the same condition they found it in. Please clean up after yourselves, especially if you use the oven or stove (if any), do not leave dirty dishes, and take out the trash before checking out. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee being applied. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

✔︎Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the property is 6,including children. Additional guests or visitors must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified

Few things to be aware of during your stay:
The kitchen door lock and handle are slightly loose. It still works, but please use gently. A handyman is already scheduled to fix this soon.

We recently removed the boards from the step near the deck, so you may notice some glue where they were attached. Please be mindful when walking in that area.


The switch for the oven and stove is located under the kitchen bar, right beside the oven.
