After a long drive the staff were exceptionally helpful and supportive with the commonsense checkin. Secure parking was most pleasing and access was uneventful. Proximity to shops and public transport was also impressive. The room offered was most adequate and the bed was the most comfortable we have experienced over the past 30 years. Well done Mercure and when required we will be back.

For a 1 night stay for an event at the Olympic Park, it was great. Perfectly fine for the price. Obviously needs a refurb, which they're doing, but otherwise not a problem.
