Was a cheap fit for purpose establishment at a budget price with privacy, close to train station and amenities. We dined at a lovely place nearby and seen the sights we came for. If you're after something hoyty toyty it's not the place for you but if you want somewhere clean at a good price with friendly staff it ideal.

Everything was clean, even if a bit run down. Even had AC which some of 4 star hotels we've been in lately didn't. Staff was excellent: friendly and helpful. Room was small (no room for a chair, just a stool) but the bed was "awesome." Only had two bath towels - no hand towels or wash cloths.

The staff was amazing and I loved having a full kitchen to cook in too. I love to walk and the location was perfect. Kings cross is a 1minute away if you need to catch the train and the area is filled with shops, food and so close to the Botanical gardens, museums, ferries and the main attractions!
